Turning Over a New Leaf in Partnership with CMS Info Systems
23rd March, 2024
In a significant collaboration with CMS Info Systems Limited, as part of their CSR initiatives, DEEKSHA has embarked on our latest sustainability and community support venture in Village Karoran, Mohali. By planting lemon tree saplings, we’re not merely adding to the landscape but pioneering a mini food forest, marking a bold step towards a greener tomorrow.
This initiative extends far beyond simple plantation efforts – it heralds the inception of a mini food forest poised to bolster climate change mitigation, enhance biodiversity, purify the air, and reduce our collective carbon footprint. Yet, the impact of these saplings stretches even further. Beginning next year, as these lemon trees bear fruit, they will not only provide shade and aesthetic value but also an added source of sustainable livelihood through their fruits to the local beneficiaries.
In partnership with CMS Info Systems Limited, we are planting the seeds of a future where the environment and our communities flourish together.
We invite you to follow our journey as we cultivate these saplings into a verdant canopy, celebrating each step toward environmental stewardship and economic empowerment. Together, DEEKSHA and CMS Info Systems Limited are demonstrating that small actions can indeed lead to significant environmental and social change.
